Description
Tipsy Pig is a new addition to the bars owned by Ton Gonzalez (Relik, Reserve, Locale etc). The dishes here are unanimously good that Tipsy Pig was converted from pub to gastropub (a bar and restaurant that serves high-end beer and food). Tipsy Pig has tons of food assortments, same with their drinks.
Unlike other restaurants, this gastropub has its own unique menu which includes no-fail classics. Their Fish and Chips (P440) are traditionally served with crispy potato wedges and beer-battered fish fillet while the bestselling Belly Good Sisig Tacos (P280) places together crispy-fried pork belly bits, creamy sauce on tortilla wraps and chopped onions.
Tipsy Pig also offers a variety of brands for champagne, whisky, gin, rum, brandy, tequila, imported beer and wine. They also have signature cocktails for those who are adventurous. Tipsy Pig Gastropub is open until the wee hours, so, you can count on the gastropub to take care of your hunger until dawn.
