Zamboanga Sibugay is one of the more recently created provinces of the Philippines, and through the years it has shown much potential with its friendly, hardworking people and a host of many beautiful natural attractions.  It is the Emerging Pearl of the Southern Seas.  One of its most promising attractions is, Tantanan Bay, considered as the largest fish sanctuary in the province with a total area of about five hectares. Fishing is the primary and the main source of living of the local people.
