Overview
Submarine Garden is located in Lobo, Batangas. The garden consists of living corals near the shore of one of the beaches of Lobo. It can be clearly seen during the early mornings when the water is clear and the tide is low. It has been acknowledged to be a fish sanctuary. Submarine Garden is among the province’s aquatic attractions.
Fifteen meters from the seaboard, the water is clear and you can view some fish at knee-deep waters. The different sea creatures can be sighted in shallow waters. Flying fish hopping in harmony is a common spectacle. During nighttime, luminous planktons light up the water.
Although the roads leading to Lobo are bumpy and resorts in the area are a bit undeveloped, you should still consider visiting the Submarine Garden. It is a perfect haven for beach lovers longing for a quiet break.

How to get there
Lobo is one of the municipalities of Batangas lying on the southeastern coast. It is around 150 kilometers from Manila. From there, take the South Luzon Tollway up to the south end and drive along the Star Tollway/Batangas Expressway all the way to Lipa.
From Lipa, drive to the town of Rosario, then straight ahead until you reach Taysan Town. Turn left at the T junction going to Lobo Town. When you reach the national road, turn left and drive to Dagatan and Lobo.
