Early this morning, the City of Guihulngan took to the streets to celebrate their fiesta day. 
Not even the scorching heat can take away the sunny smiles as dancers from all 33 barangays celebrated the Guihulugan Festival.
Congratulations City Mayor Guido Reyes and City Tourism Officer Randy Woo for a job well done.
