Found in Brgy, Calijon, Malvar, Batangas, Calijon Falls, formerly called Calejon, consists of two major waterfalls and two smaller ones. One of the biggest falls is about 10 feet (3.0 m) high with a great volume of clear water gushing down to a shallow pool. One of the two smaller falls is shower-like, while the other one forms a series of small cascades. All the falls are located in an area of about 300 square meters. The water of the falls is warm which is ideal for swimming.
The water from the falls is really fresh and natural. The Calijon Falls is a good source of potable waters. Calijon is renowned as a national distributor of bottled drinking water. Above the area, there are springs which are sources of mineral water.
Calijon falls is accessible by trekking from the barangay road. The hike will make more or less 300 steps through the concrete pathway made by the local barangay.
