Biscocho Principe

A Taste of Biscocho Haus

An enterprise started by the late Dr. Carlos L. Guadarrama and Mrs. Therese J. Guadarrama, Biscocho Haus throughout the ages has left a lasting mark on its traveler with its delicious array of Ilonggo dishes that may just as well be the reason why people keep coming back here for more.

Their specialty product was the Biscocho, the reason why it is named that way. Biscocho is a Filipino snack that is best paired with hot coffee or tea. Sometimes it is one of the favorite meryenda of the Filipinos.  MMmmh. Yummy! Biscocho Haus bakes its own breads and turns them into the famous Biscocho.

Today, Biscocho Haus has branches at SM Iloilo Supermarket at Valeria, SM Traveler’s Lounge, and Robinson’s place. The proprietors of Biscocho Haus are planning to establish more branches so they can be accessible to all those who love their products.
